Firstly, this project with its generous terraces includes a passageway between the two buildings that gives you access to a beautiful 0.2 ha communal garden. Secondly, the building is located on Rue de la Station, just 200 m from the centre of Waterloo, with its many shops, restaurants, schools and sports clubs. Thirdly, the station is 850 m away, far enough away not to bother you, but close enough to make life easier.
